In our midweek devotional today we find Paul at the end of his letter to the believers in Colosse being thankful for his friends. Are you grateful for your friends today? Why not drop them a note and let them know you are thankful for them and are praying for them. In Colossians 4:7-18 we see 'Paul's commendation: the support of friends'.

This morning we find Paul calling the believers to clothe themselves in the new garments of a people of faith. He reminds them of their position, their practice and their priorities in Colossians 3:12-17 'Paul's Call: Put on the Godly'.

In our devotional this Tuesday we find Paul calling the believers to put off the old way of life and giving two lists of sins to be avoided - sensual sins and social sins. He calls on them to remember Christ is all in all. In Colossians 3:5-11 we see 'Paul's call: put off the sinful'.
